How do I make a complaint?

If you have cause for concern, contact us: support@zeakengine.com, we’re happy to help. We’re confident our troubleshooting team will always attempt to resolve any complaint professionally and courteously.

What if I change my mind and want to return something?

We’ll be happy to exchange or refund it for you. As long as it’s within 30 days, it’s in the original condition and you’ve got your proof of purchase.

What should I do if my product appears to be faulty?

We guarantee most items for 1 year. If anything goes wrong in the first 30 days you can simply return the item, complete with all accessories, send email to support@zeakengine.com or contact with us on amazon marketplace with proof of purchase and we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund.

If your product appears to be faulty or had developed a fault, We will be able to arrange a repair if applicable or advise you what you should do next. If following assessment your item needs to be returned to us, please ensure all manuals, accessories and components are included.
